Judicial review of designations
33 Judicial review of designations
Nothing in this Act prevents a person
from bringing any judicial review (whether under the
Judicial Review Procedure Act 2016 or otherwise) or other proceedings before a
court arising out of, or relating to, the making of a designation under this
Act.
