TERRORISM SUPPRESSION ACT 2002 - SECT 35

35 Notification of invalidity of designations

1 If a designation under this Act is found to have been invalid or by virtue of any judicial review (whether under the Judicial Review Procedure Act 2016 or otherwise) or other proceedings before a court, the Prime Minister must—

a) ensure that notice of the invalidity is published in the Gazette as soon as practicable; and

b) take all reasonable steps to ensure that notice of the invalidity is given, in the manner and form required by section 21(d) or section 23(f) , to every person and body specified in subsection (2) who is not already aware of it.

2 The persons and bodies referred to in subsection (1)(b) are every person or body to whom notice of the making of the designation was given under section 21(d) or section 23(f) .
