VICTIMS' RIGHTS ACT 2002 - SECT 40
Representatives for notice
A victim to whom this section applies may, for
any reason he or she thinks fit, appoint any other person to receive on the
victim's behalf, and ensure that the victim is given and understands, any
notice to be given to the victim under any of sections 34 to 39 (in
sections 41 to 45 called the
"information" ).
