New Zealand Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
1 Bargaining to renew or replace a fair pay agreement must not start without the chief executive’s approval to do so.
2 The following parties may apply to the chief executive for approval to initiate bargaining to renew or replace a fair pay agreement:a) an eligible union:b) an eligible employer association:c) a specified employer bargaining party that may, in accordance with section 58, 60, or 61 , be a bargaining party for the proposed renewal or the proposed replacement.
3 A default bargaining party may not apply to the chief executive for approval to initiate bargaining to renew or replace a fair pay agreement.
