New Zealand Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
1 If no application for approval under section 198(1) is made before the expiry date specified in the fair pay agreement (so that the agreement has expired), one of the following may apply for approval to initiate bargaining for a replacement fair pay agreement based on the coverage of the expired fair pay agreement:a) an eligible union:b) an eligible employer association:c) a specified employer bargaining party that, in accordance with section 58, 60, or 61 , may be a bargaining party in relation to the proposed replacement.
2 An application for approval under this section may be made to the chief executive no later than 2 years after the date on which the fair pay agreement expires.
