New Zealand Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
1 Subsection (2) applies only if this Act confers on an employee the right to do anything or take any action—a) in respect of an employer; orb) in respect of an employee bargaining party; orc) in the Authority; ord) in the court.
2 The employee may choose any person to represent the employee for the purpose of doing anything or taking any action described in subsection (1).
3 Subsection (4) applies only if this Act confers on an employer the right to do anything or take any action—a) in respect of an employee; orb) in respect of an employee bargaining party; orc) in respect of an employer bargaining party; ord) in the Authority; ore) in the court.
4 The employer may choose any person to represent the employer for the purpose of doing anything or taking any action described in subsection (3).
5 Any person purporting to represent any employee or employer must establish that person’s authority for that representation.
